Snyder Private Wealth Partners:

- The Approach
Money changes a lot in 12 months.
Why wait a year? Most big firms do, because they don’t have the time. Most meet you once a year, talk markets for 20 minutes, and call it a review.
I set up meetings three times every year to make sure all parts of your finances are in top shape. Real planning by an independent financial expert.
Your money won’t wait for an annual review, and neither will I.
One plan from every angle.
01
My services cover planning for investments, tax, estate, cash flow, retirement, insurance, and education.
February. June. October.
02
Three reviews, every year, that actually help. We’ll work on whatever you need, or simply review how everything is going, in detail.
Handled with care.
03
You’ll know exactly who’s reading your documents - I don’t deal with hundreds of portfolios, so you get real, focused advice.
Think we’re a good fit?
Book a call, and I’ll help out either way.
A free half-hour chat. No pitching, no pressure. And if I’m not the right fit? I’ll advise you on who might be able to help.
- The Right Fit
Who I Work With.
Defense and Aerospace Leaders
Leaders inside private defense and aerospace companies, typically within ten years of retirement with questions about how much is “enough” and navigating complex retirement packages.
Younger High-Income Families
Younger, high-income families (around $250k+ household income) needing advice on cash flow optimization, stock options, and tax-efficient wealth building.
Engagement Minimums
One-time financial plans start at $1,500. Investment management with me requires a minimum of $500k in investable assets.
Not quite there yet?
I’ll point you somewhere that fits your needs.
- The Process
How I work with you.
Constant conversation, analytical advice, and detailed problem-solving around all aspects of your financial planning. I’ll treat you like a person, because you are one.
Three times a year, I’ll sit down with you to discuss your finances in detail, understand where you’re at, and plan to make your money work for you. An example of how this works (this can be flexible based on your situation):
- February & June
Rotating topics such as recent changes in tax law, beneficiary reviews, a tool to locate old retirement accounts/pensions, medicare education, etc.
- October - Tax planning.
Reviewing the current year’s tax return to maximize this year and plan for next year. Taxes, but less scary.
Three money meetings for a whole year of your finances taken seriously.
- About Zach Snyder
Who am I?
I decided to go independent because of the kind of planning I wanted to do - detailed, hands-on, caring - which isn’t really how big firms run. They’re built for scale, not depth.
Financial planning is a long-term relationship - the average age of the profession is 55. I’m 24, which means I’ll be with you through your retirement and beyond. Most advisors are done after a few years, I stick around for the long haul to help the next generation.
- Core Services
Fees, before we chat.
Most of the time, you’ll get how much it costs at the end of an intro call. I don’t think that’s fair.
Financial Planning
Plans From $1,500 – $5,000
Financial plans starting at $1,500 and as high as $5,000, depending on complexity. Monthly subscription options are available as well. I don’t charge until you see how I can actually help.
Actionable, easy to follow, and yours to keep. No ongoing engagement fee, no investment management.
Investment Management
$500k Investable Minimum
Investment management 0% to 1.5% AUM depending on account size and strategies used. $500k investable minimum.

- Testimonials
Don't Just take my word for it...
This is what financial planning feels like when it's done properly.
I don’t recall how I happened upon Zach Snyder when I was very unhappy with a large financial services firm and their lack of customer care but finding him was one of the best things that’s ever happened to me and my family. Zach has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and highly tuned to our needs. I can’t say enough about his level of skill and diligence in sorting out not just my wife’s and my finances, but those of my elderly mother-in-law as well. Zach is a consummate financial class act.
- Andy
I've been working with Zach for over a year, his expertise and professionalism are well above standard, and his performance speaks for itself. I had a very successful and helpful first year with him and can't wait for what the coming years have in store!
- Jack
After meeting Zach, getting to know him and his passion for helping people, I knew he was the right fit for my philosophy of saving for retirement. He truly loves what he does and his passion of ensuring his clients have the best financial outcomes is evident.
- Jeff
Zach has been great in creating my retirement portfolio. He is an excellent communicator and has helped me to understand how my accounts work in the stock market. Zach is trustworthy and I will continue to work with him in the future.
- Michael
For someone that turned 65, I was far from being prepared. Zach prepared and educated me in the investment/retirement details before anything ever took place in transitioning any funds. He helped me understand the correct methods for investing and placement. He made the process extremely easy. Zach sets up trimester appointments to meet with me and discuss my portfolio, its status, new recommendations, and to see how things are going on my end. He is very concerned with my financial well-being, current health, and if anything has changed on my end. He has really helped me and made me feel like family.

Frequently asked question.
Are you qualified?
Yes. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics with a minor in Real Estate Development, gaining expertise in economic theory, financial markets, and real estate investment strategies.
I’m enrolled in the College for Financial Planning, getting my Master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning and studying to be a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Plus, I hold two designations: Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA).
Do you only work with those in the defense and aerospace sectors?
No, but that’s my speciality. I also work with younger, high-income families and those with a minimum of $500k in investable assets within 10 years of retirement.
Do you work with clients with under $500k in investable assets?
For investment management, no. For one-time plans, yes - fees starting at $1,500.
What happens in our chat?
I’ll ask about your situation, your focuses, and advise you. We’ll both decide if it’s worth a second call.
What does ‘working with Prudential and LPL’ mean?
It means I have full institutional backing as an independent practice. I have full access to all major investment platforms and strategies, as well as the full insurance landscape, without being tied to a singular product by a firm.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes, most of my clients will work with me via video call. In person is available too.
What if it’s not a fit?
I’ll let you know and help find someone who might be. No offense taken.
